TOP SKILLS:
Tier 2, White Glove (prefers 5-10 years experience, not too much over)
Use Polycom/some cisco for video conferencing equipment for AV
Active Directory for user and computer grooup management
intune
SCCM - deploying new hire laptops
O365
Law Firm Background
very basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN
Strong Customer Service Skills
