Location

Location: Brisbane, Australia.

Salary

Salary: AUD 108,571 - 119,893 Annual Gross.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-wide Test Environment Management and Test Data Management strategies, governance frameworks, KPIs, and operating models.
• Lead and mentor a team of environment, test data, and quality engineering professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Own end-to-end provisioning, maintenance, refresh, and support of test environments across multiple releases and programs.
• Establish and manage environment inventory, dependency mapping, release coordination, reservation, scheduling, and environment health monitoring processes.
• Drive implementation, adoption, and optimization of TEMS and TDM solutions, including Enov8, iEDPS, and related enterprise tooling.
• Develop and govern test data provisioning, masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data lifecycle management processes.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Release Managers, Test Managers, Infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure environment and test data readiness.
• Integrate TEMS and TDM capabilities with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, CMDB, and cloud platforms to improve efficiency and governance.
• Establish quality standards, reporting dashboards, and executive-level visibility for environment stability, data availability, utilization, and service performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, self-service capabilities, and AI-led enhancements across environment and test data management functions.
• 8+ years of overall testing experience, including 3+ years in the Healthcare domain and significant experience in Test Environment and Test Data Management.
• Proven experience establishing enterprise-level TEM and TDM processes, governance frameworks, and service operating models.
• Hands-on experience implementing and administering TEMS and TDM tools such as Enov8, iEDPS, Delphix, Informatica TDM, CA TDM, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience managing non-production environments, infrastructure dependencies, application landscapes, release structures, and environment provisioning activities.
• Experience testing and validating data-centric platforms, data integration solutions, and large-scale data management ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and quality engineering processes.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms, along with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, data masking, compliance requirements, and test data governance practices.
• Proven stakeholder management and leadership experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively with program, release, testing, infrastructure, and business teams.

Essential Skills

• 8+ years of overall testing experience, including 3+ years in the Healthcare domain and significant experience in Test Environment and Test Data Management.
