Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing dealership team. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers secure financing and protection products that fit their needs.

Responsibilities
Meet with customers to review finance and lease options
Secure financing through lender partnerships
Present and explain warranty, GAP, maintenance, and protection products
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations
Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions
Work closely with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the financing process
Achieve monthly production and performance goals
Requirements
Qualifications
Previous automotive finance manager experience preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to build rapport and close deals professionally
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Reynolds & Reynolds/
CDK experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
