What You'll Do

As an SOE Engineer, you will design, implement, support and optimise enterprise infrastructure and endpoint technologies. You'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable and compliant ICT solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Supporting infrastructure, endpoint and workplace technology solutions.
  • Managing SOE design, build and automation activities.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical and operational issues.
  • Producing technical documentation, procedures and standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with security and governance requirements.
  • Identifying risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Providing mentoring, knowledge transfer and technical guidance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Must-Have Skills
  • Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) and device engineering.
  • SOE design, deployment and automation.
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration.
  • Endpoint security hardening and compliance.
  • Enterprise integration and modern workplace technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Microsoft Azure experience.
  • PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Experience in highly regulated or government environments.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles.
  • ITIL or service management experience.
