The Role • Consult on investment and insurance strategies, developing financial plans for clients and managing a book of business. • Grow and retain client relationships through business development, networking, and delivering an exceptional client experience. • Develop and implement tailored investment and insurance strategies, presenting sound financial recommendations and guidance. • Educate and coach branch staff and internal partners to identify investment opportunities and drive visibility. • Actively communicate with internal and external partners to build relationships that drive referral activity. • Own the client experience, handling sales and service, identifying opportunities, and making appropriate referrals. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience. • 2+ years of relevant professional experience. • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required; Life and Health Insurance required. • Demonstrated knowledge of investment and insurance strategies, financial planning, and client relationship management. • Strong skills in client prospecting, engagement, and effective communication. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team.
