The Role

• Manage deviations and change controls in the manufacturing, testing, and storage of cell banks, drug substances, and drug products.
• Represent the department in team rooms concerning deviations and change controls.
• Develop Product Specification Files for proprietary development products.
• Serve as a point of contact for manufacturing areas and the Quality Unit of the Innovation Unit.
• Support improvement projects within Quality Germany, Biopharma, and at the interface with the Innovation Unit.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field, or equivalent vocational training with relevant experience.
• Experience in the manufacturing or testing of biological active ingredients/products.
• Knowledge of quality processes such as Deviation, Investigation, CAPA, and relevant GMP regulations.
• Familiarity with electronic systems for quality event recording.
• Good written and spoken German and English language skills.
• Independent and goal-oriented work approach.
