The Role • Co-therapeutic patient discussions to support and deepen the therapeutic process. • Planning and leading co-therapeutic groups to foster exchange and development. • Assisting patients during meals and exposures to aid stabilization and self-efficacy. • Active participation in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing observations and assessments. • Providing holistic and empathetic individual patient care throughout the treatment process. • Adhering to a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient support. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an Educator (m/f/d). • Ideally, experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential care for individuals. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for the profession. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families. • Curiosity for new topics and a commitment to professional development.
