Compensation:
Pay Range:$140,000 Per Year

Description
Serve as a liaison for health system departments to identify and address potential issues.
Maintain and enhance healthcare information systems through effective solutions.
Lead system optimization efforts to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.
Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated service desk issues promptly.
Plan and implement healthcare systems while promoting process workflow redesign.
Coordinate projects with various departments to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a business liaison to preemptively identify and address issues.
Maintain and advance healthcare application systems.
Lead optimization efforts to improve system functionality.
Resolve service desk issues and provide high-level customer service.
Plan, design, and implement healthcare system projects.

Qualifications
Certified Pharmacist or Pharmacy Tech.
Certification in relevant healthcare application software.
Minimum 2 years'' experience in healthcare application support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
