Job Description

Job Title: Database Analyst Job Id:26-04336 Location: Remote Duration: 03 Month on W2 contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a Database Analyst to support data analysis, validation, management, and system improvement projects within the Public Fiduciary. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with databases, large datasets, spreadsheets, and case management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, review, and validate data across databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
  • Identify and investigate data discrepancies, missing information, anomalies, and quality issues.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to organize, reconcile, analyze, and summarize large datasets.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, reports, queries, and data-tracking tools.
  • Update information in databases and case management systems based on verified data.
  • Support data management, system improvement, and project-related initiatives.
  • Document findings and communicate data issues and recommendations to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Handle confidential information according to company policies.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years of experience in Database Administration, Database Analysis, Data Management, or related areas.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, filtering, sorting, and PivotTables.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and data quality issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.


Preferred:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Experience with system improvement and project management.


Additional Requirements:

  • Must be local to Arizona.
  • Candidate must use their own equipment.
  • Background check required; drug screen not required.


Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $28.00 per hour.
