Summary
Weareseekingahighlyorganised,analyticalanddetail-focusedDataOfficer to join the team. The successful candidate willplayakeyroleinensuringtheaccuracy,integrityandeffectivemanagementofacademydata,supportingleaders,staffandstudentsthroughtheprovisionofhigh-qualityinformationandreporting.
Thisisacross-siterole,andthesuccessfulcandidatewillworkacrossbothHarrisAcademyClaphamandHarrisClaphamSixthForm, supporting the data management and reporting functions of both sites.

Main Areas of Responsibility
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing academy data systems, including Bromcom, Power BI, ParentPay and other MIS platforms
- Providing strategic oversight of data to support operational performance and informed decision-making
- Managing academy timetables, including schedule changes, issue resolution and set movements
- Coordinating statutory census returns and ensuring the accurate submission of student and workforce data
- Producing and overseeing behaviour, attendance and performance reporting for academy leaders
- Managing parental reporting systems and ensuring information is accurate, secure and accessible
- Acting as the academy’s data systems expert, providing training, guidance and support to staff
- Maintaining and analysing student data, including attainment, targets and Pupil Premium information
- Coordinating year-end processes, student transitions and statutory data validation exercises
- Ensuring data accuracy, compliance and effective use across the academy
