The Role • Constructing supply lines and house connections for gas, water, and district heating. • Performing repair, maintenance, and servicing work on supply networks. • Independently assembling pipelines from PEHD, steel, cast iron, and PVC in various dimensions. • Conducting pressure and leak tests on pipelines. • Creating X-ray-safe weld seams according to quality specifications on construction sites. • Aligning metal structures using tack welding and final welding according to technical drawings and isometrics. What You'll Need • Vocational training as a pipeline builder, metalworker, construction mechanic, welding technician, or systems mechanic (m/f/d) with pipeline construction experience. • Ideally, several years of professional experience in pipeline construction. • Welding certification according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1 and GW 350 (E-hand welding process (111) for pipelines) is desirable. • A valid driver's license, class B is required; classes C1 and C1E are desirable. • German language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level. • Self-directed, committed, and motivated work style, along with reliability, communication, and teamwork skills.
