Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation and ERP functional configuration and a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues to maintain business continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.


• Act as a software detective to identify, triage, and resolve issues across critical business systems.


• Analyze complex system incidents and implement durable remediation to ensure stability and continuity.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.


• Lead and mentor team members, share knowledge, and uphold decision ownership within the team.


• Drive root cause analysis and define preventive measures to support continuous improvement.


• Contribute to documentation of processes, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation (Oracle ICM).


• Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience with ERP systems.


• Advanced proficiency in application remediation, IT troubleshooting, and engineering support.


• Proven skill in analyzing complex incidents and delivering effective solutions.


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional stakeholders.


• Experience level: 10+ years in relevant application support and ERP configuration roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Finance industry experience.


• Strong stakeholder communication for direct client interaction.

Additional Details

• Work authorization: No visa restrictions.


• Education: BS or higher.


• Location: US-based. Remote. Not required to be local.


• Travel: Client will pay for travel and expenses as needed.
