Location: Austin, TX 4 Days Onsite

Role Overview:

Client is looking for experienced Mainframe Developers to support long-term enterprise application development and modernization initiatives.

The primary requirement is strong Mainframe development experience. AI/GenAI experience is not mandatory and will be considered a plus.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS and other core Mainframe technologies
• Mainframe application development, maintenance, enhancements and production support
• Experience with batch and online processing
• Strong understanding of Mainframe databases and application integration
• Debugging, troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Experience working in large enterprise environments, preferably financial services
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• AI/GenAI experience is a plus, but not required
