What You'll Need

• Prior practical experience in production or manufacturing is desirable.

• Willingness to work in a shift system (early, late, and night shifts).
• Sufficient German language skills for accurate documentation of work steps.
• Reliability, teamwork skills, and a high degree of commitment.
