Financial Services - Accounts Receivable | North Chicago, IL | On-site

We're hiring on behalf of a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, recognized for its stability and commitment to employee growth over 45+ years. The Role

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent phone and email service.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts, actively working towards resolution.
  • Proactively identify reasons for overdue payments and collaborate with customers to secure timely payments.
  • Consistently meet department goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to minimize account aging and reduce bad debt.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are beneficial.
