We can ONLY consider your application if you have:

1: J-STD Certification is REQUIRED
2: 5+ years of electrical assembly experience
3: 5+ years of soldering experience
4: Read/interpret engineering drawings/blueprints/schematics
5: HS Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
6: Experience in a highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment
7: J-STD solder certification required; NASA Certification preferred
8: Ability to work directly from engineering drawings and written instructions.
9: Strong interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities

== Assemble high reliability chassis and final assemblies using circuit cards, stand offs, wire harnesses, solder and crimping, electrical and mechanical instruments.
== Perform high reliability soldering and crimping operations on complex sub-assemblies, electronic, and mechanical assemblies, repair of circuit boards, jumper wires, and wire harnesses.
== Decipher and work from assembly drawings, worksheets, parts lists, test specifications, and other instructions, both written and oral.
== Know and follow applicable Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) procedures
== Perform running harnessing and working with motion control pointing mechanisms as required.
== Work in concert with Product Engineering in diagnosing and proposing the necessary rework on models that are intricate in structure and design.
== Work closely with engineering to innovate testing procedures and suggest changes in worksheet processes.
== Clean components to required cleanliness levels. Maintains traceability records, MDC forms and configuration records on controlled programs.
== Work on repair units normally run with production units.
== May be required to travel to customer facilities and service company hardware.
