Lead mobile innovation. Build what’s next. We’re seeking a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to drive development of a core mobile product while helping shape architecture and engineering standards across multiple product lines.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and deliver high-quality mobile features using React Native and TypeScript.

• Design scalable, reusable architectures and state management solutions.

• Establish mobile engineering standards and mentor internal and contractor teams.

• Introduce AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity.

• Partner with QA and DevOps to strengthen automated testing, CI/CD, and release processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 8+ years of mobile engineering experience, with deep React Native and TypeScript expertise.

• Strong Swift and/or Kotlin skills for native development and optimization.

• Proven experience delivering complex mobile applications in fast-paced environments.

• Ability to balance hands-on execution with technical leadership and mentorship.

• Practical experience using AI coding tools or LLM workflows.
