Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Database Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

Architect and develop enterprise-grade middleware and integration solutions using Informatica CAI, CDI, and IDMC, including scalable data pipelines, API-led integrations, and event-driven workflows.

Lead end-to-end application development activities, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and establishment of reusable design patterns and coding standards.

Own L2/L3 application management and production support, monitoring integration environments, resolving failures, troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, and maintaining service-level commitments.

Lead incident management, root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, release coordination, and change management while mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with architects and business stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

10+ years of hands-on middleware and integration engineering experience.

Expert-level experience with Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI), Cloud Data Integration (CDI), and Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

Experience independently managing application development and application management workloads in enterprise environments.

Experience with Shell Scripting, Python, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL/ELT patterns, cloud data platforms, and production middleware support.

Technical Skills:

Informatica CAI, Informatica CDI, Informatica IDMC, Middleware Integration, Shell Scripting, Python, REST APIs, SOAP Services, ETL/ELT, Cloud Data Platforms

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience architecting and supporting enterprise middleware environments that enable business application integration, data exchange, and cross-platform communication.

Experience managing application development and production operations, including integration delivery, service availability, incident resolution, change management, and operational continuity.

Experience supporting enterprise data integration processes involving multiple applications, business systems, data pipelines, and cloud-based platforms.

Experience leading technical delivery across onshore and cross-functional teams, coordinating architecture decisions, operational priorities, stakeholder requirements, and service-level commitments.

Communication:

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
