Automation & AI Technical Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly technical Automation & AI Technical Delivery Lead to drive enterprise AI, AIOps, observability, and infrastructure automation initiatives. This role will lead the delivery of an enterprise Agentic AI ("Agent of Agents") platform integrating tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Zabbix, and GitHub to improve operational intelligence and automation.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure & Operations, Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations
• Strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), AIOps, observability, incident management, and MTTR reduction
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch, Datadog, Zabbix, or similar monitoring platforms
• Deep understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, RAG, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and cloud automation
• Strong cloud experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI preferred)
• Proven ability to drive large technical initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with executive leadership

Preferred Experience

• AI Operations (AIOps) platform implementation
• Internal AI copilots or enterprise agent frameworks
• Integration of Jira, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, GitHub, and operational data sources
• Self-healing automation and operational intelligence solutions

Important

This is a highly technical leadership role. Candidates must possess strong hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure Operations, SRE, DevOps, AIOps, and Agentic AI. Traditional Project Managers or candidates with only prompt engineering/ChatGPT experience will not be considered.
