The Opportunity

A successful and well-established business in Enfield is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop its sales team while driving continued business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader to join a thriving organisation, managing key customer relationships, developing the sales function, and contributing to future success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 sales professionals.
• Drive sales growth and maximise profitability.
• Manage and grow key customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Oversee sales administration and order fulfilment processes.
• Recruit, mentor and support team members.
• Work closely with senior management on sales strategy.
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer service.
• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Leadership role.
