Relevant Experience: Experience pulling/running cable in structured environments, cable installation for fiber/cable providers, and inside plant telecom industry experience are highly valued. ADT/security camera wiring experience may also be considered.
Shift Structure: Ask Candidates if they can work either or (front half/Back half Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday- Saturday 0700-1530 (7a-3:30) & or Mon-Fri 8 hours daytime exact hours tba (half hour lunch - unpaid) This role in particular will be a Daily Schedule: M-F 0700-1530, the other roles will split between front and back half of the weeks. so please confirm that they do have weekend flex. if necessary.
Non-Negotiable Requirements: Candidates must understand the physical nature of the job (construction zone, long hours on ladders), possess basic layer 1 technology knowledge (fiber, cabling), and demonstrate a willingness to learn and communicate effectively.
Leather Boots a must!
PPE & Physicality: Workers must provide their own composite toe, not steel over-the-ankle leather work boots. The role involves lifting to 35 lbs individually, 41+ lbs in groups, and working in physically demanding environments (cramped, elevated, noisy, bending, standing, ladders).

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience in low-voltage cabling, telecom, data centers, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and wearing required PPE.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation, ticketing, and inventory systems.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet operational deadlines.
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver server racks, carts, and equipment safely as part of a team.
