Position: PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Long term contract

Contract Type: W2/Own C2C/Self Corp

Note: Preference to Permanent Residents of USA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly hands-on PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials, particularly in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI).

The ideal candidate must have strong functional expertise and practical experience in PeopleSoft Finance implementations, upgrades, and application support. This role requires someone who can independently perform functional analysis, understand business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on functional expertise in PeopleSoft Finance, primarily in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI).
  • Support PeopleSoft Finance implementations, system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing production support.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Perform functional analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Work with business users and technical teams to resolve application and business process issues.
  • Prepare functional specifications and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.
  • Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Support financial business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consulting.
  • Strong expertise in PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI).
  • Proven experience in PeopleSoft Finance implementations, upgrades, and support.
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Financials business processes and functional capabilities.
  • Ability to independently handle functional analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
