What You'll Need • (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator qualification. • German language proficiency at B2 level as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. • A genuine passion for working with children. • Patience, resilience under pressure, and confidence in handling conflicts. • Empathy combined with assertiveness and strong interpersonal skills. • A responsible attitude and a keen interest in social topics.
