Role Overview:
•    Lead full-stack Databricks implementations including front-end integration, back-end data engineering, systems integration, technical consulting, and solution architecture.
•    Build and deploy production-grade data pipelines and cloud-native solutions in customer environments.
•    Convert ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical designs and reusable implementation patterns.
•    Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Databricks solutions while collaborating directly with clients and business stakeholders.
•    Drive end-to-end delivery, build customer trust, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
