The Role • Lead and support the nursing team on the neurological early rehabilitation ward (A0). • Manage staff scheduling, including duty and vacation plans, optimizing workflows and operational efficiency. • Drive staff development through targeted training and continuous professional growth initiatives. • Foster collaboration across departments and with other professional groups. • Actively participate in direct patient care, providing hands-on support to the team. • Lead projects to enhance rehabilitation processes and patient outcomes. What You'll Need • Qualified as a registered nurse (e.g., nurse, geriatric nurse) with several years of experience in neurological early rehabilitation. • A certification as a ward manager or in a comparable leadership role is highly desirable. • Strong initiative, professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to patient well-being. • Excellent teamwork, communication, and assertiveness skills. • Proficiency with modern hospital information systems and a willingness for ongoing training.
