Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that cater to the varied learning styles of Year 4 students.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a creative curriculum.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
