The Role

• Perform expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services at customer locations.
• Conduct a variety of repairs, servicing, and checks.
• Manage personal stock, complete reporting, and maintain customer communication.
• Independently assess and resolve automotive issues on-site.
• Represent the organisation positively through excellent customer service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a vehicle technician on a range of light vehicles.
• A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
