Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Leader to oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and team management of a user study site. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, managing site personnel, and serving as the primary liaison between site teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations to ensure efficient and compliant execution.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, coaching, and employee development.
- Monitor budgets, control operating expenses, and support resource planning.
- Provide regular operational updates to senior leadership.
- Implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs.
- Track KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support user study operations.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in operations, site management, or facility leadership.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing daily operations.
- Strong financial and budget management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience analyzing operational metrics and driving improvements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in research, laboratory, user study, or technical operations.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and quality management systems.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-site, or cross-functional environments.
