Supplier Onboarding Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day global supplier onboarding operations and oversee the supplier lifecycle.
• Manage a team responsible for supplier onboarding, master data maintenance, and payment enablement.
• Ensure supplier onboarding meets SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee supplier due diligence, including tax documentation, sanctions screening, supplier verification, and payment setup.
• Maintain accurate supplier master data and strong operational controls to reduce fraud and compliance risks.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and IT to streamline onboarding processes.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, operational reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Support audits, maintain SOPs, and develop team performance and training programs.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Onboarding, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or Supplier Management.
• 1+ year of experience leading or supervising an operations team.
• Strong knowledge of supplier onboarding, supplier master data, tax documentation, payment setup, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, AP, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, operational controls, audit readiness, and process improvements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, supplier onboarding platforms, procurement tools, and workflow automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor''s degree preferred (not required).
