Economics Specialist

The Economist will be responsible for analyzing macroeconomic trends, monetary and fiscal policies, financial markets, and global economic developments to provide actionable insights for clients, management, and research teams. The role involves preparing economic reports, forecasts, market commentaries, and supporting investment strategies within the broking business.

Key Responsibilitie

• sMonitor and analyze domestic and global economic indicators, including GDP, inflation, employment, industrial production, fiscal deficit, and trade data
• .Track monetary policy developments and assess their impact on equity, debt, currency, and commodity markets
• .Evaluate the impact of government policies, regulatory changes, and geopolitical events on financial markets
• .Identify emerging economic risks and opportunities affecting investment portfolios
• .Present economic views and market expectations to internal and external stakeholders
• .Track developments from RBI, SEBI, Ministry of Finance, and other regulatory bodies

Qualification & Experienc

• eMaster's Degree in Economics, Applied Economics, Financial Economics, Econometrics, or related field
• .3-8 years of experience in economic research, capital markets, investment banking, asset management, or financial services
