Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audit Manager role based in Kozhikode. The Audit Manager will plan, lead, and execute audit and assurance engagements, including risk assessments, audit program design, and fieldwork for a variety of clients. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, evaluating internal controls, identifying control gaps or non-compliance issues, and recommending practical, value-adding improvements. The role involves supervising and mentoring audit staff, coordinating audit timelines, ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements, and preparing clear, well-structured audit reports. The Audit Manager will also liaise with clients' management teams, respond to audit queries, support tax and advisory engagements as needed, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies and processes.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Audits, including planning, execution, review, and reporting of statutory and internal audits.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess financial data, evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and propose practical recommendations.
• CA Intermediate or equivalent; prior experience in an audit or assurance role, preferably at a CA firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings clearly to clients and team members.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• High ethical standards, commitment to confidentiality, and a client-focused mindset; familiarity with local tax and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
