The Role • Lead and inspire inpatient and outpatient growth initiatives for rehabilitation services. • Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census growth. • Foster a culture centered on patient safety and care excellence. • Guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team. • Develop strategies that align with the organization's mission and deliver exceptional patient outcomes. • Monitor and analyze critical metrics, operational and financial performance, and market trends. What You'll Need • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare marketing representative or nurse liaison role. • Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, preferably within the healthcare sector. • Understanding of admission processes, reimbursement systems, and local healthcare markets. • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
