We're hiring for a leading construction and infrastructure company known for delivering complex projects across the UK. This organisation has a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction, currently expanding its Secure Environments team for significant work within the UK Defence sector. The Role

• Manage all site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain accurate site records and ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, liaising with subject matter experts to ensure compliance.
• Support procurement by selecting subcontractors and providing performance feedback.
• Foster your team's growth and development, promoting an inclusive and diverse work environment.
• Oversee projects with an M&E bias, leveraging knowledge in this area.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in Site Management and a track record of successfully delivering projects.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Excellent organisational abilities and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Comfort working within a secure environment; SC clearance is preferable but can be arranged.
• A full driving licence and British passport.
• Limited sponsorship available for this role.
