About the Team

Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is headquartered in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds and Dublin.

Role Overview

We're seeking a Generosity & Flowthrough Strategy Senior Manager to own how Fanatics Casino allocates promotional generosity and how that generosity flows through to player value and broader business economics. This is a highly analytical, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of CRM, Finance and Analytics.

You will set the framework for how generosity budget is allocated, own the efficiency of our promotional spend, and build the financial models and investment cases that justify how we spend to grow the business sustainably.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generosity Strategy & Allocation: Own the framework for allocating generosity budget across player cohorts and promotional mechanics, ensuring spend is directed to where it drives the greatest incremental value.
  • RTC Performance Management: Continuously monitor and improve Return to Customer (RTC) efficiency across the base, identifying where generosity is under- or over-indexed and adjusting strategy accordingly.
  • Flow-Through & Cross-Sell Economics: Build and maintain the flow-through model that connects promotional spend to downstream player value, including the economics of cross-sell between Casino and OSB.
  • Financial Planning & Investment Cases: Act as the primary interface with Finance for generosity and promotional spend, building clear, data-backed investment cases for new mechanics, budget changes or strategic tests.
  • Analytics & Insight: Partner with Analytics to track cohort and mechanic performance, using data to continuously refine generosity strategy across the base.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with CRM, Product and Finance to ensure generosity and flowthrough strategy stay aligned with broader growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a growth, CRM, or commercial strategy role, ideally in iGaming, iCasino or a highly regulated digital business.
  • Strong financial modeling skills; comfortable building and defending investment cases with Finance stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Tableau, Looker) to analyze cohort and promotional performance.
  • Experience designing or managing bonusing/generosity frameworks and measuring their ROI.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, CRM, Product and Analytics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with RTC/Return-to-Player modeling in an iCasino context.
  • Background in pricing, revenue management or promotional economics.
  • Exposure to cross-sell strategy between casino and sportsbook products.
