We are seeking a dedicated IMC Nurse for a leading hospital located on the Baltic Sea coast, renowned for its comprehensive medical care and specializations in orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology, and internal medicine. The Role

• Provide responsible and high-quality nursing care according to established standards.
• Monitor and care for intensive care and ventilated patients, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Perform basic and specialized nursing treatments to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team of physicians and therapists for holistic patient care.
• Actively participate in the development of nursing processes and contribute to the in-house resuscitation service.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse.
• Ideally, specialized training in intensive care nursing or a willingness to pursue it.
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and with a high degree of empathy.
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for the nursing profession.
• Excellent teamwork and service-oriented approach.
