Job Description

Qualifications
  • What you need to have to be considered 10+ years of experience in contract management with strong knowledge of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes (drafting, negotiation, execution, obligation management, compliance)
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and managing the SirionLabs CLM platform
  • Proven track record of leading successful cross-functional initiatives and CLM transformation programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams
  • These will help you stand out Sirion certification (must-have)
  • Deep expertise in Sirion implementation and configuration
  • Experience driving solution governance for enterprise-wide CLM transformation programs
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory standards in contract management
  • Ability to mentor and train end-users, fostering adoption and continuous improvement
  • Certifications Required Sirion Certification – Certified Solution Architect
  • Experience: 5 years required

 

Responsibilities
  • About the role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Management Specialist with over 10 years of domain expertise across the end-to-end contract lifecycle, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with the SirionLabs Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
  • In this role, you will: Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of the SirionLabs CLM platform, including workflows, templates, obligation tracking, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective CLM configurations and solutions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on SirionLabs functionality, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to end-users
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline contract lifecycle processes, strengthen compliance, and increase operational efficiency
  • Analyze complex contract data to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, generating actionable insights for leadership
