Skillbridge Academy is seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Marketing Specialist to join our Austin team.

In this role, you will help support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives designed to strengthen brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable communicating with different teams, and interested in developing a strong understanding of marketing strategy and campaign execution. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects while building valuable skills in marketing, communication, brand development, and business strategy.

Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. Support the development of marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, materials, and internal communications. Help maintain consistent brand messaging across campaigns and customer-facing materials. Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and emerging trends. Track campaign performance and assist with preparing marketing reports and insights.

Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to support business initiatives. Assist with customer engagement and promotional activities. Contribute creative ideas for improving brand visibility and campaign effectiveness. Maintain organized records of marketing projects, campaign materials, and performance data. Qualifications

$59,000–$68,000 annually.
