The Role

• Provide therapeutic support to individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues.
• Assist service users in developing coping strategies and skills for independent living.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and psychologists.
• Contribute to a therapeutic rehabilitation program for informal and detained service users.
• Engage with service users to build robust therapeutic relationships.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience or a qualification in health and social care is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine enthusiasm for providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions.
