🚨 Hiring: Supply Chain Process Engineer

📍 Location: Nashville, TN – Onsite
⏳ Duration: 6 Months
🎯 Experience: 6–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Process Engineer with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management, Process Improvement, Lean & Six Sigma.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes including forecasting, planning, replenishment, inventory, warehousing, transportation & fulfillment
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and document current/future-state processes
• Identify bottlenecks, process gaps, waste and automation opportunities
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma & DMAIC methodologies
• Perform root-cause analysis and develop corrective/preventive actions
• Define and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rate, service level and cycle time
• Develop process maps, value-stream maps, SOPs and control plans
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Technology and Vendor teams
• Support solution design, testing, pilots, training and change management

Must Have:
✅ 6–8 years in Process Engineering / Business Process Improvement / Supply Chain Transformation
✅ Strong Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment & Inventory experience
✅ Hands-on Lean / Six Sigma / DMAIC / Value Stream Mapping
✅ ERP / WMS / TMS / OMS / Supply Chain Planning application experience
✅ Strong Excel, Visio & Process Modeling skills
✅ Excellent stakeholder management & workshop facilitation
✅ Must be able to work onsite in Nashville, TN
