The Role

• Operate, monitor, and control state-of-the-art automated production facilities in automotive manufacturing.
• Conduct regular inspections and documentation to ensure all components meet high premium standards.
• Independently identify and expertly resolve any operational malfunctions.
• Contribute innovative ideas for the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and plant efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed training as a plant electrician, industrial mechanic, or industrial electronics technician.
• German language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
• Ideally, possessing a valid Class B driver's license and a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (early and late shifts).
