The Role

• Manage the nursing schedule to ensure exceptional patient care delivery.
• Identify and advise supervisors on any issues or problems with the nursing schedule.
• Ensure compliance of employee and student files with regulatory standards.
• Schedule and coordinate educational opportunities for nursing staff.
• Under CNO supervision, schedule and inform nursing staff of their assigned duties.
• Distribute the nursing schedule in a timely and efficient manner.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling, preferably within a hospital setting.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
