Full Stack Developer - Java

• Interview :(virtual + in person)

We are looking for Full Stack Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise mobile and web applications. The candidate will develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, web applications using ReactJS, and backend services and processes using Node.js and Java/Spring Boot. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing APIs, managing API integrations and migrations, upgrading applications to current versions of Spring Boot, and developing secure authentication and authorization processes. The position will also support integration with enterprise Identity and Access Management services, including IDCS, and application authentication libraries used for Single Sign-On.

• Responsibilities include developing new functionality and enhancements, troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues, supporting application deployments and production environments, and ensuring applications are secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
• The candidate will work closely with business analysts, QA staff, infrastructure, security, and other
  development teams to design and deliver application solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• The candidate will also participate in technical design and architecture discussions, code
  reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of application development
  standards and practices

Mandatory Skills/Experience

• 8+ years of full stack application development experience using Java/J2EE and JavaScript.
• Strong Object-Oriented programming skills and solid understanding and implementation of software design patterns are required.
• Strong hands-on experience developing web applications using ReactJS and mobile applications using React Native, as well as backend services and processes using Node.js and Java/Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining RESTful APIs and enterprise API management solutions is required. Strong experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Identity and Access Management is also required, including implementation of secure application authentication and authorization.

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Extensive experience with Spring and Spring Boot, including upgrading and modernizing applications to newer versions.
• Advanced experience developing and maintaining ReactJS web applications and React Native mobile applications.
• Strong experience with Node.js and developing backend services, APIs, and automated processes.
• Extensive experience integrating applications with Identity and Access Management platforms and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions.
• Strong experience with IDCS, OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Single Sign-On methods.
• Experience designing and implementing application authentication libraries and enterprise SSO integrations.
• Extensive experience with API Gateway and API management technologies, including API design, configuration, security, integration, migration, and troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
• Experience with Git-based source control, CI/CD, and application deployment processes.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex application issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, participate in architecture and design decisions, and effectively collaborate with development, QA, business, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude, the Claude CLI, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding and developer productivity tools, with the ability to apply them to project planning, UI development, and complex coding implementation, as well as code analysis, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and application modernization.
• Extensive experience with Python for scripting and process automation, including data processing and synchronization tasks.
• Strong knowledge of implementing offline-first application features using SQLite, with the ability to diagnose and resolve offline data synchronization issues.
• A plus: Knowledge and experience with mobile application API security, including certificate-based authentication, app attestation, and digital signature/transaction binding
