Job Description

• Serve as the primary business-facing contact for all technology and AI requirements, translating needs into prioritised initiatives.
• Lead the organisation's AI literacy and adoption programme, driving measurable outcomes and sustainable change.
• Own internal product management for technology and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Partner with business units and portfolio companies to implement AI-enabled capabilities and operational improvements.
• Direct AI agents and specialist vendors whilst maintaining accountability for delivery, quality, and business value.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate business or technology qualification preferred
• Proven experience operating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success driving organisational change, adoption programmes, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritisation skills.
• Recent hands-on experience with AI tools, automation technologies, and AI-powered agents.
