Compliance Manager

Role Overview:

We are inviting applications from eligible internal candidates for the role of Manager - IRDAI Compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust compliance with IRDAI regulations and managing regulatory reporting, audits, and internal governance in line with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable IRDAI regulations, circulars, and guidelines.

• Prepare and submit timely and accurate regulatory filings/returns.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and implement compliance actions.

• Support handling of regulatory inspections, audits, and related correspondence.

• Track regulatory updates and assess implications for the business.

• Maintain compliance documentation and generate periodic MIS reports.

• Create awareness on compliance obligations through training and communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in insurance compliance, preferably in IRDAI-related functions.

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.

• Strong working knowledge of the IRDAI regulatory framework and reporting standards.

• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to manage timelines and work independently.

• Familiarity with compliance tools and regulatory portals is an advantage.

• Certifications in Insurance, Compliance, or Legal domains (e.g., CS, LLB, ICA) will be preferred.
