The Role

• Manage and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication via phone and email.
• Take ownership of an assigned portfolio of past-due customer accounts.
• Proactively work with customers to resolve overdue payments and minimize portfolio aging.
• Consistently meet departmental goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented call center environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to effectively reduce outstanding balances and bad debt.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior experience in a call center or bookkeeping role is advantageous.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
