They are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer Lead to support critical training and simulation initiatives for military clients. The Role • Serve as a technical team lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for simulation and training events. • Plan, design, and execute complex training exercises for military units. • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless system and personnel support. • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with evolving training requirements. • Lead technical efforts for event testing and execution, ensuring successful outcomes. • Maintain and enhance modeling and simulation capabilities to reflect current military trends and doctrine. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 0 years of experience. • A High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience is also acceptable. • Professional certification in Linux and/or Microsoft. • Security+ certification. • Familiarity with networking concepts, architectures, and protocols (TCP/IP, UDP). • Knowledge of distributed simulation protocols like High Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS). • Experience with operational level Joint Live Virtual Constructive (JLVC) supported events. • Technical leadership skills and strong written/verbal communication abilities.
