Chief Product Officer

About the Role

Lead product strategy and execution for a B2B sales technology and revenue intelligence platform. You will partner with company leadership to shape the product direction and build the organization needed to support continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning priorities with senior leadership.

• Build and scale the product organization across product management, product marketing, design, and customer support.

• Establish a strong voice-of-customer practice through interviews and customer-informed product decisions.

• Improve time to first value and ensure roadmap delivery meets agreed timelines, specifications, and budgets.

• Develop the category narrative and product strategy for phone intent capabilities.

• Drive product contributions to retention, multi-product adoption, packaging, and expansion into larger customer segments.

• Provide positioning, messaging, launch materials, and sales enablement through product marketing.

What We're Looking For

• At least 8 years of product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, including experience scaling a product through significant growth.

• Product leadership experience in sales technology, revenue intelligence, revenue operations, sales engagement, or go-to-market data.

• Experience building and scaling product teams, including hiring and organizational design.

• Fluency with sales technology ecosystems, including CRM systems, sales engagement tools, data vendors, and dialer technology.

• Experience with AI-enabled products and integrating AI or machine learning capabilities.

• Hands-on ownership of customer research, including personally conducting customer interviews.

• Experience with B2B SaaS pricing and packaging, product-led growth, or platform and ecosystem strategy.

• Strong product specialization and experience operating in a high-growth environment.

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $260,000 to $320,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
