Epic-Certified EHR Systems Analyst I

Adventist Health is seeking an Epic-Certified EHR Systems Analyst I to support and optimize our Prelude registration and ADT modules. In this role, you will configure, test, and maintain Epic build, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams to improve workflows and data integrity. Responsibilities include participating in upgrades, change management, and on-call support while ensuring regulatory and security compliance. You'll contribute to mission-driven, whole-person care in a faith-based, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain Epic Prelude registration and ADT build
• Analyze and troubleshoot EHR issues and defects, escalating as needed
• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT stakeholders to improve workflows
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and change management processes
• Maintain documentation, build standards, and configuration records
• Provide end-user support, training assistance, and go-live/on-call support
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security compliance within Epic
• Support integration and interface testing with related systems
