The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for unique, high-demand roofing solutions.
• Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and conduct thorough property assessments.
• Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and negotiate deals effectively.
• Collaborate with a team in daily meetings to strategize and prepare for appointments.
• Manage a flexible schedule with appointments typically starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are required for travel to appointments.
• Availability for midday, evening, and weekend appointments.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, as no prior sales or construction experience is necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Ability to perform property inspections, including attic access, but not necessarily roof work.
