NDN-Lead Shipper/Receiver

• Assist the supervisor in planning work                                                                                 

• Determine job procedure and training requirements                                                             

• Arrange for required tools, parts, and supplies                                                                     

• Plan, organize, and coordinate with warehouse personnel and warehouse supervisor as required     

• Inspect and coordinate the work performed by warehouse personnel                               

• Communicate and coordinate with warehouse personnel and warehouse supervisor as required     

• Instruct/train warehouse personnel in performance of their duties          

• High School graduate or equivalent                                                                          

• Be self-motivated and demonstrate a positive attitude                                                         

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Product knowledge

Preferred:

• Previous leadership responsibility                                                                                         

• Ability to work with others                                                                                                   

• Good computer skills                                                                                                             

• Working knowledge of main frame system and reports
